Report Indicator

This indicator reports the number of fatal and non-fatal overdoses recorded through the MO-HOPE Overdose Field Report. Data are current for the September, 2019 through February, 2020 time period.

Data Indicators used to populate the Poverty Report have been updated to show the newest American Community Survey five year estimates (2014-2018). Additionally, Living Wage data and Out of Reach data have been updated to the most recent release, 2019.

The data indicator used to populate Living Wage have been updated to show the newest Living Wage calculated data (2019), developed by Dr. Amy K. Glasmeier and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

The data indicators used to populate Housing Affordability data have been updated to show the newest Out of Reach calculated data (2019), developed by the National Low Income Housing Coalition.

The Breastfeeding, Screen Time, Family Meals, Healthy Weight, and Unhealthy Weight indicators have been updated to the most recent 2017 data.

Using the most current U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics release, change in unemployment data and maps have been updated to November 2019 – November 2020.

An update is available for data on arrests for alcohol crimes and violations in the reporting platform! Data are obtained from the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Uniform Crime Reporting Program.

Using the most current U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics release, thirteen month unemployment rate data and maps have been updated to October 2019 – October 2020.

Using the most current U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics release, five year unemployment rate data and maps have been updated to July 2016 – July 2020.
